Our auction fees are included in the agent commission of 7.5% plus VAT, (slightly above the standard 5% for a traditional sale but much more marketing and we use the service of our company agents & auctioneers, which is paid by the buyer, payable only upon the successful registration of your property. An administration fee of R1,500 is payable upfront by the seller.
